Lionsgate Films-Santa Monica 11/06 - Present
Senior Manager - Creative Services , Home Entertainment - Manage and track project deadlines and maintain/update the Pending Projects Tracking Spreadsheet for all elements relating to monthly rental and sell through titles including consumer DVD packaging, in-store displays, trade ads, consumer ads, posters, special projects and art requests.
Responsible for managing projects and ensuring all department approvals have been received:
• Route vendor comps to Proofing, Legal and DVD Production Departments and communicate approvals and revisions needed back to vendors
Manage Internal Creative Department Traffic:
• Act as the liaison between Pre-press house and Creative Department
• Coordinate and QC daily delivery of color proofs received from Pre-press house
• Ensure all required parties have approved final color proofs before going to press or online
• Communicate with Ad Agencies/Consumer Publications, request specs and/or deadline extensions when needed
• Obtain project status updates from Vendors, Art Directors, Proofreaders and Legal Department
Attend Weekly Meetings:
• Provide project status updates to both Creative Department and Operations Department for Rental, New Release and Catalog Titles. Approximately 40 titles per week.
Process Art Requests:
• Provide elements to various internal departments and outside vendors upon request via email, Digital Post Office upload, upload to external FTP sites, files on disc (logos, title treatments, 3D pack shots, key art, layered art, etc.)
Archiving:
• Back up titles and all elements pertaining to the project to print archive server and coordinate with webmaster to place on Lionsgate Digital Post Office.

Graphic Designer /Office Manager - Collaborated with Creative Director and in-house design team on development of wedding/event invitations. Responsible for researching and purchasing materials. Participated in client meetings/creative presentations.

Dimensionalization Artist - Converted 2-D theatrical films to stereoscopic 3-D utilizing proprietary software. Created keyframe style, dimensionalized clips, retouched frames. Collaborated with Production and Key Frame departments.
