Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator

The Detroit Regional Chamber is hiring a full time Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator Qualifications:

A college degree in marketing or communications (or equivalent work experience) with an emphasis in digital marketing, project management skills and ability to quickly and accurately implement web strategy. Previous marketing experience strongly preferred.  Experience updating web content using WordPress or other content management system. Familiarity executing mass emails. Experience with HTML and CSS. Experience with website analytics, including the measurement, tracking and review for quarterly and annual reports. Must have the ability to write clearly and effectively for a variety of media website, print, press releases, etc. Must have good communication skills, creativity and the ability to work cross-functionally and provide superior customer service to both internal and external clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus. Must be a quick learner.

Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:

    Maintain and update Chamber website in conjunction with Integrated Marketing Specialists and Director of Marketing.
    Manage and post to all social media channels, blog content and other online locations where the Chamber has a distinguished presence.
    Support the Creative Advisory Team with writing and executing of mass email communications, maintaining marketing lists and analyzing email performance.      
    Develop articles and presentations for Creative Advisory Team. All other duties assigned.


The Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing with web editing, social media, website analytics, video production/editing and email marketing.
