Digital Designer
MFS
•Work collaboratively with the creative director and channel leads to produce brand relevant email, web designs and consumer experiences that reflect the MFS brand
•Conceptualize and design a system of high performing responsive email templates, both promotional and transactional
•Develop and build emails in HTML, and test within email service provider platform (Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
•Execute creative designs in support of web site usability improvements and marketing campaigns/AEM
•Create, resize and optimize images/graphics or landing pages to support various marketing channels
•Organize, update and maintain interface elements and asset libraries
•Establish, maintain and monitor brand guidelines and usage across all forms of internal and external communication—driving the creative team’s compliance in adhering to brand standards
•Collaborate with Global Marketing colleagues and creative team to translate business objectives into innovative, motivating design and copy solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
•B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
•5+ years of professional experience executing digital creative assets from scratch (i.e. websites, banner ads, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages etc.)
•Digital portfolio demonstrating creative design skills
•Proficiency in HTML and Adobe Creative Suite, CSS
•Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills along with a can do attitude and the ability juggle multiple projects simultaneously
•Passionate, collaborative and a relentless approach to help achieve company growth objectives
•Strong attention to detail and pixel perfect consistency
•Solid email specific UI, UX, and interaction design skills
