Marketing Designer
I am the contract recruiter helping source for this niche and award winning marketing tech company in NYC, RevTrax.

RevTrax is hiring a Marketing Designer to create, iterate, and maintain various assets for Sales, Marketing, and Client Service. This role will be part of a new, fast-moving marketing team which provides support to a growing Revenue organization.  

For this role specifically, we’re seeking the following qualifications:
•	3+ years of marketing + sales design experience with a focus on business objectives - ideally for B2B / Marketing Technology companies. 
•	Product marketing experience is a plus. 
•	A strong appreciation for, and knowledge of fundamental design principles.
•	You are an excellent communicator: written, verbal, and visual.
•	You have deep experience working with Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign, Invision/Marvel. 
•	Skills with web development and video-editing - working with marketing automation (Hubspot/Marketo) is a plus!
•	You are curious, thoughtful, and perceptive.
•	You care - a passionate eye for detail - in your writing, presentation, and everything you put forward.
•	Collaborative - work well across various functions and seniority levels, while making it easy for your colleagues.
•	Positive attitude! A smile and can-do spirit goes a long way towards building camaraderie.

•	Work closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Executive teams to build simple, elegant client presentations and collateral that achieve business objectives and aligns with the RevTrax brand (currently 50% of the job).
•	Build a library of templates for client collateral using Powerpoint.
•	Design materials for RevTrax client events, including, but not limited to: event microsites, signage, programs, gifts, name badges, etc.
•	Update and own brand guidelines that reflect the RevTrax brand and company.
•	Design emails and landing page templates for Hubspot, working closely with our digital agency who handles marketing automation and lead-gen content creation
•	Creatively tackle a variety of design projects which may include web site design.

Below are some technologies you will need to be comfortable with, or gain mastery of quickly.
•	CRM & Marketing Automation: Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc. 
•	Content Production & Optimization: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Powerpoint, Word, Excel (Photoshop/Indesign, InVision and/or Marvel are nice to have)
•	Workplace Collaboration: Google Docs, Slack (chat), Zoom (video-conferencing), Confluence, Jira, and more
