I am an experienced graphic designer whose extensive knowledge of print design and problem-solving abilities have benefited clients in a wide range of industries. My many years at Gillette helped me develop a lightning-fast turnaround times, along with a keen eye for detail, and the initiative to work with clients to make every project as effective as possible. My technical expertise in computers and amazing knowledge of the Adobe products helps keep me to assist colleagues with computer problems, and share those little tips and tricks that help us all to work faster and more effectively.

* Theatre design, including a complete graphic campaign for high-profile show for a local theatre company, from promotional business cards to t-shirts to a movie one-sheet.
* Wedding design, with a focus on unusual pieces that reflect the particular couple.

- Senior Designer -
  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Trinity Communications, UPromise, and other clients 
  [on assignment at The Creative Group], Boston, MA
  Dec 2006–present
* Developed complete strategic design for launch of Indig Insurance, a major new company under the BSBSMA umbrella, including over ten identity and collateral pieces.
* Quickly became the expert on brand guidelines for one of Trinity's premier clients, training new hires as necessary.
* Was requested back specifically at every location.

  Aquent [on assignment at The Gillette Company], Boston, MA
  Mar. 2000 - Oct. 2006
* Conceptualized, designed, and performed layout on permanent and temporary displays, promotional packaging, POP, FSIs, coupons, and other retail & club promotional materials for Gillette Commercial Operations North America. 
* Delivered over 500 projects, including: 
  * Managed partnership with New Line Cinema to create
    Duracell/Lord of the Rings promotions. 
  * Worked closely with HR department to implement a 
    quarterly newspaper. Edited copy and devised layout of
    newspaper, approved printing of job on press. Improved
    corporate image while effectively communicating to over
    15,000 employees and retirees. 
  * Created Mach3Turbo video ad from concept to execution in
    seven days. Met time demands, exceeded expectations, and
    reduced costs by keeping work in-house. Ad was seen in
    Gillette Stadium by over 200,000 viewers. 
  * Took initiative to improve Duracell battery cross-
    reference by adding color to reinforce packaging link.
    Added value with no additional cost to company, 
    resulting in changed standard for guides.

  Lean Aerospace Initiative, MIT, Cambridge, MA

* Designed and executed all graphics for company, including
  projects such as: 
  * complete redesign of company web site 
  * new company branding, including logo, letterhead, etc.
