Closely work with Art Directors and Designers to create final art. Develop creative designs for marketing collateral and other design projects. Participate in the development of all printed materials. Responsible for performing layouts, page production, corrections to monthly ads, color correction, preparing files for film output, and asset management (server maintenance). Highly organized and detail oriented position. Coordinate workflow with Production, Art Directors, and Account teams to ensure work meets deadlines. Assist Studio Manager and Director of Operations with policy and procedure development in order to improve efficiency. Use thorough knowledge of Mac environment to troubleshoot studio and creative issues.

PROJECT MANAGER, THE KERN ORGANIZATION; 
WOODLAND HILLS, CA — 2005-2007
Plan, develop, and organize all aspects of accounts to ensure projects/programs meet client’s expectations and goals. Monitor projects to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met. Maintaining and communicating correct procedures. Resolving problems or bringing relevant team members together to solve problems. Assist with trafficking projects, and maintaining workflow. Allocating hours to schedules and maintaining and organizing agency files.
