Freelance Graphic Designer
My freelance work includes design, creative and project management for many local and out of state companies, large and small. I am well-versed in Adobe Creative Suites, and MS Office on both the Mac and PC - designing brochures, logos and brand work, annual reports, direct mail and print ads as well as proposal graphics support, website design and large-scale designs for visitor centers, displays and conferences. I also have extensive experience leading and managing creative teams as well as client and vendor interaction and managing freelancers.

ENSCO, Inc., Marketing Department – Contract Senior Graphic Designer – July 2019 to March 2020
My responsibilities as Senior Graphic Designer in ENSCO’s Marketing Department included supporting ENSCO’s President and all of it’s divisions – designing brochures, planning and designing large-scale trade show booth graphics and banners, social media banners/ads, maintaining company-wide brand identity and Powerpoint presentations. Additional duties included meeting with division heads and internal clients for proposal graphics,
AT&T Global Business, Public Sector (Proposal Development Center) – Senior Graphic Artist – 2017 to present As Senior Graphic Artist for the PDC, it is my responsibility to meet/web conference with each proposal management team every morning for the daily stand up meeting - to report and discuss the status of the graphics to be included in the proposal, along with updating timelines and status on all deliverables. In addition to creating top-quality graphics to AT&T brand standards, I also emailed the book bosses and section writers to discuss any new graphics, updates or edits, then log them into the SharePoint system for creation, distribution and version control. I have supported over 20 proposals/pre-proposals with some very notable wins, including FirstNet (First Responders Network) and more recently JutNet (Dept of Justice).
Buckley Sandler LLP – Contract Senior Graphic Designer – August 2016 to present
My duties as Senior Designer for Buckley Sandler’s Marketing and Business Development section included working with our team to manage, design and launch the firm’s brand refresh and new website - developing new logos and brand standards, brand ID book, image research and selection, and working as brand ambassador for the roll out and afterwards. Additional responsibilities include designing web banners, email blasts, posters/signage for firm sponsored conferences and events, as well as large-scale graphics for expos, brochures, direct mail, reports, RFP cover art, ads and support work for Partners, Counsels and Associates.
AT&T Global Business, Public Sector – Contract Graphic Designer
As Designer for the Proposal team’s effort on the FirstNet proposal, it was my responsibility to assist the Design Lead and meet with the senior proposal management team every morning to report the status of the graphics to be included in the proposal and update any new requests. In addition to creating top-quality graphics to AT&T brand standards, I also met with the book bosses and section writers to discuss any new graphics and edits, then log them in to the system and distribute to
the graphics team.
America's Health Insurance Planners – Contract Senior Graphic Designer
Work with internal clients in the AHIP Marketing department to create conference materials, direct mail pieces, marketing materials, web banners and large-scale conference banners and displays. Additional duties include working with vendors to get printing and mailing estimates and set production schedules for each.
Targeted Creative Communications - Senior Graphic Designer
Meet with partners and senior account managers to create direct mail, posters, annual reports, signage and campaign brands and logos for national and state legislative campaigns. Additional duties include logging and controlling department workflow on a daily basis while coordinating with account managers and print/mail vendors for final output and delivery.
LeapFrog Solutions - Creative Director
As Creative Director at LeapFrog Solutions, I was responsible for overseeing all creative projects and staff and the overall quality of work produced by our award-winning creative studio, which included managing projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, and directed the creative team in the production of all advertising and marketing collateral. I led weekly production staff meetings, met with account reps to plan and schedule upcoming workloads and provided estimates for client proposals, present concepts to clients, and coordinate vendors and freelance staff as needed.
Captus Communications - Senior Art Director
My duties as Captus Communication's Senior Art Director were:
• Participate in client strategy and production meetings with management and account reps
• Lead client presentations to present design concepts and proposals
• Concept and design of client brochures, ads, brand and corporate ID, logos, annual reports, direct mail pieces, catalogs, websites and other marketing materials
• Oversee and advise design staff on creative and schedule priorities

As an award winning Senior Art Director at the Ventures Group my responsibilities were:
