I have over twenty years’ experience as a skilled designer who loves telling visual and conceptual stories that break the boundaries of the status quo.  

Within my past and current positions of Freelance designer, Art Director and Senior Designer; I am responsible for developing the concept, typography design, photography and illustrations to create conceptual designs from initial sketch to printed piece. I manage timelines, the printing process, design staff as well as organize freelance and contract designers

A few highlights from my portfolio:
• Designed the look for the Tyra Banks non-profit Flawsome, including the logo design,
   save the date, invite, menus, posters, and signage. 

• Winning design of the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture 
   RFP; competition for the opening ceremony collateral and invitation 

• Martha Stewart Weddings featured one of my laser cut, save the date, designs 

•  Washington Examiner cover design nominated and recognized as one of the best 
   covers of the year by ASME. 

•  Worked in the high-octane political campaign direct mail atmosphere.
