Developed and placed organic and paid ads on Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads. The business markets Bluetooth beanies and Bluetooth headbands for runners that combines fashion with tech for hands free calling and wireless music.

Marketing Manager, Three Creeks Brewing Co.
Manage and develop all marketing, promotional, campaign and event initiatives. Design labels, collateral and POS. Art direct photo and video shoots. Manage and develop all social media for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Manage and update website and all internet advertising.

Senior Contract Art Director/Project Manager
Concept, design and layout of banners, custom ads, logos, direct mail, newsletters, brochures, packaging, presentations, and websites for Cranium, The Seattle Times, Incite Partners, H.W. Lochner, The Hacker Group, United Way, Electronic Arts, Forrest-Pruzan Creative, and Discovery Bay Games. These opportunities allowed me to manage all my clients; from the initial concept pitch to budget, project management, and creative.

Design Manager, REI
Spearhead brand vision and execution for Creative Operations Product & Programs Team. Collaborate with team members, and partners in Creative, Marketing, Private Brands, Visual Merchandising and other departments to develop branded printed materials, in-store signage, advertising, video, email, social and rich media. Supervise a team of 5 designers through art direction, resource management, project management guidance and coaching.

Design/Project Manager, V2Works
Responsible for the management of all budgets, clients, projects, vendors, and a team of in-house designers. Develop and manage project bids, scopes, schedules, and budgets. Promote tools and best practices for project management and execution. Manage creative workload and workflow from briefing through production. Facilitate communication between departments and clients. Manage time and financial resources to ensure client projects are on time and on budget. Track performance of designers and develop resources to encourage growth. This position gave me the opportunity to develop systems to facilitate more efficient workflow, and helped me develop into a more well-rounded manager.

Art Director, Discovery Bay Games
Rebranded the company from traditional board games to hardware and 
software for the tablet market. Developed a consistent line look throughout all packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and websites. Managed a creative team that included an in-house staff and outside vendors to develop hardware and user-interface graphics. Worked with multiple licenses (Sesame, Hit Entertainment, Broadway Video, Atari), and vendors (Apple, Target, Walmart, Toys R Us) to develop products that launched worldwide. This position gave me the opportunity to lead a team in the development of a brand, and further increased my interest in being a leader in the development of brand identity.

Senior Graphic Designer, Discovery Bay Games
Concept, design and layout of packaging, internal components for board 
games, advertising, marketing collateral, presentations, and websites. In this short period of time we developed over 15 different licensed games and puzzles with Ringling Brothers, Norman Rockwell, University of Oxford, Highlights, Smithsonian, and Saturday Night Live. This experience made me a more efficient designer and sparked my interest 
in helping the company develop an identity which led to my position as Art Director.

Senior Merchandising Manager, Cranium, Inc.	
Managed all company-wide merchandising initiatives from concept through completion. Worked within a budget and multiple departments to concept, design, engineer layout, and distribute displays, merchandisers, pallets, planograms, packaging, catalogs, in-store signage and websites. Orchestrated well over 250 new displays and helped increase brand recognition. This position allowed me to utilize both my creative and analytical capabilities, and furthered my interest in seeking a career that gives me the opportunity to particpate in all steps of the innovation process.

Senior Graphic Designer, Gravity DesignWorks, Inc.
Concept, design, layout and pre-press for advertisements, product packaging, direct mail campaigns, stationery systems, annual reports and brochures. Concept, design, code and maintain all websites. Manage large format department through ordering inventory, printing, mounting, laminating, and management of printer. Oversee and provide art direction to a group of in-house and freelance graphic designers. This position provided the opportunity to work with well over 50 clients through the capacities of project management, large format prining, design, and art direction.
