Since I began my career, I have successfully developed distinctive graphic design.  My work focuses on concept-driven and inspiring communication, delivering relevant and enduring solutions.  The driving force behind my designs is a love for visual communication.  I approach each project with this in mind...a good design comes from a good idea.  Keeping the overall message short and simple makes it memorable.

PRIME RESOURCES – Bridgeport, Connecticut

Efficiently lead and administer creative design projects in support of ongoing marketing, merchandising and e-commerce programs for national promotional products manufacturer specializing in custom imprinting and product design.

Create design themes and graphics focused on major annual catalogs, E-mail blasts, banner ads, electronic flyers, and web pages for corporate website, and graphics for tradeshow booths, all promoting new and existing products and services offered to buyers and distributors nationwide. Coordinate with Department Director on selection of papers, inks, and various outside sources / purchases essential to project completion. Review all production materials on key projects and provide signature authority; manage operational, strategic, financial, bid review, staffing and administrative functions. • Provided creative vision and concept design in establishing a corporate brand “look” for advertising, E-mail blasts, flyers, while meeting strict turnaround schedule. Effective in turning around company’s sliding profits in 2008 by 30% after major layoffs.

SILVERSTONE ADKINS & BREIT – Stratford, Connecticut

Lead Senior Designer on multiple marketing initiatives including web design, promotional and collateral materials, advertising and corporate logos, addressing the needs of Fortune 500 clients.

Designed newsletters, logos, promotional literature, and creative portions of web content covering inter/intranet applications. Functioned as a solutions provider to clients, linking creative concepts to customer objectives. Established client-focused partnerships, sharing ownership and accountability for achievement of clients' expectations. Worked in collaboration with major clients to provide web design, logos and promotional materials. Linked graphic design to consumer demographics to maximize product appeal. Tracked and monitored projects from concept to fruition, using a results-driven philosophy to retain 100% client loyalty.

Selected Achievements:
• Designed a new intranet website for Kraft Foods entitled "Kraft Intranet Café", where
employees go for information on all company activities. Savvy navigation design contributes to the site’s success and communicates Kraft’s core purpose by featuring employees’ everyday life activities.
• Designed a new intranet website for Philip Morris to support diversity awareness. The new look-and-feel of the site presents Philip Morris as an experienced and established leader in the field of employee diversity and equal treatment toward all employees.
• Designed and produced an ongoing newsletter entitled “The Source” for employees of Nestlé Waters North America highlighting the people responsible for the company’s regional and industry-wide growth.

• Developed and implemented multi-media graphics to maximize product awareness in core target audiences. Resulting design identity was maintained across entire product line, and applied to website and all sales literature worldwide.
