My major accomplishments include:
•	Increased revenue by 15% by creating a marketing plan for the U.S. division of a Taiwanese manufacturer that produced engaging advertising. Sharply increased the volume and variety of ads in trade publications/websites/social media. Most of the U.S.–generated marketing is utilized internationally. 
•	Led national marketing campaigns comprised of industry ads, trade shows, automated programmatic marketing, targeted/behavioral campaigns, social media, new website and PR initiatives of a company’s new programs and services division. 
•	Directed, created and maintained company website, designed layout, updated content and product descriptions, promoted the company’s new products and leveraged Google search engines and other industry search engines to increase revenue. 
•	Created and produced a trade show marketing program with components (transit ads) unique to our specific industry that drove foot traffic to a 5,000-square-foot booth.
•	Developed and executed automated programmatic marketing, targeted/behavioral campaigns, SEO and SEM strategy with analytics performance analysis, as well as supportive means such as creating blogs on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Developed a multifaceted, sales-generating program that captured multimillion-dollar clients (AIG/Sun America, Pacific Life Insurance) and garnered additional revenue from existing clients (Princess Cruises, San Diego Chargers), which included the largest multimedia campaign in Phoenix’s 30-year history.

Establish, execute and manage an annual, multimedia-marketing plan for this global manufacturer. Collaborate with stakeholders on major planning initiatives, which includes marketing support for Falcon Machinery, Taiwan, Chevalier’s corporate headquarters. Assist and communicate marketing tools and strategies to better blend the Chevalier and Falcon brands into a cohesive group presentation. Projects include exterior machine/control design, advertisements, product literature, videos, trade show booth design and general marketing strategies.

Actively lead teams and remain proactive in identifying critical resources including third-party contractors or consultants needed to achieve program goals. Report on programs, including management/program reviews. Take an active role in identifying program risks with key stakeholders to keep programs on track, on schedule and on budget. Establish a “get it done” attitude shared by the entire team. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team. Plan and direct logistics before, during and after annual trade shows held in various cities. Creative director and writer for all marketing materials.
