I am an industrious and award-winning VP-level, Executive Creative Director with a proven history of leading, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to produce successful end results. 2015 – Present

Leveraging my extensive professional experience, it’s my job to spearhead and inspire a multi-discipline team that creates consumer-driven omni-channel programs, mobile experiences, digital campaigns and demo events. The role calls on me to apply my detailed knowledge of development and design concepts, strategies, and methodologies, along with overseeing production meetings to review design project progress. I work directly with clients and present creative design strategies to various groups and foster consensus across all stakeholders. I’m also directly responsible for product development and client activations involved with consumer-facing services and offerings.

Key Achievements:

- Spearheaded establishment of digital product, capabilities and front-end development team that enabled company to expand offerings and increase revenue.

- Appointed and oversaw leadership of UX & Email teams; implemented new processes and standards which increased email open rates from 8% to average of 25-30%.

- Served as Lead Director for marketing and branding initiatives for retail pilots and roll-outs Walmart, Sam’s Club and Albertson’s.  

2012 – 2015

During my time with Tungsten74, I utilized my entrepreneurial spirit, creative drive, and expertise in design and brand strategy to develop a variety of campaigns covering commercial, digital, website, print, collateral, alternative media, and in-store. It was on me to develop advertising collateral by orchestrating the creation of positioning strategies, messaging, brand identity, and sales materials. I oversaw tasks covering budget management, task scheduling, and milestone tracking. I also built solid interdepartmental and team member relationships that enhanced workflows and delivery of service.

Key Achievements:

- Provided branding support, creative direction, and design expertise for digital campaigns, websites, and social media campaigns for clients including PetSmart, NBC Universal, Warner Bros., Sour Punch, Weber Seasonings, Royal Canin, National Geographic, Bernina, GNC and Beechnut Baby Foods.

- Championed efforts to establish agency as omni-agency partner with PetSmart and Royal Canine.

- Relaunched multiple PetSmart proprietary brand packaging lines from concept to final production.

2005 – 2012

Earlier in my career, I held full accountability for creating print and digital marketing collateral by assessing market position and trends, developing branding strategies, and presenting them to senior leaders. It was my job to promote brand awareness and maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables while concurrently managing all agency capabilities, services, and projects. I established fresh processes and initiatives including creating in-house design studio and establishing the Creative Services/Traffic team. I also coordinated with various groups to develop brand image and visual content and mentored junior designers.

Key Achievements:

- Earned series of promotions, starting at Senior Art Director before progressing to VP, Creative Director.

- Founded agency’s digital and video production capabilities to support number of successful brand promotions and digital campaigns.

- Successfully pitched and won new business which resulted in account growth along with expansion of creative, production and new business teams.

- Notable clients included Kellogg’s, Keebler, ConAgra, Pyrex, Quaker, Sharpie, Expo, Paper Mate, Prismacolor, Black & Decker, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Brands, State Fair Brands, Ball Park, Mrs Dash, Sara Lee, Cheez-It, Mento’s, World Kitchen, Pyrex, Perdue, Butterball, Slim Jim, Snack Pack, Orville Redenbacher’s, Jelly Belly, Wrigley and Staples.

- Effectively guided merger of acquired packaging studio with in-house packaging team to create and launch new branding and packaging agency - PKG.

- Produced and directed multiple award-winning retail displays, shopper marketing campaigns and promotions.
