Talent Profile
Jason Reid
Graphic Designer
As an experienced graphic designer in the field for 20+ years I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with a variety of teams, projects, platforms, and organizations that refined my abilities in design and production and directed me towards interaction with creative minds and challenging projects. My combined experiences with a well known craft publisher, city and state governments, a corporate service company, and freelance for small companies has broadened my understanding of the various challenges that different organizations face. Finding a great solution for those challenges and a pleased customer has been the goal of each project.

Some of my special areas of focus in design and production are logos and identity, editorial layout, brochures, flyers, media guides, direct mail, illustration, photo editing, and more.

Key Strengths:
• Excellent design sensibilities
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Great attitude and enjoy collaborating with others
• Learning new software and adjusting to new directions
• Training others to enable them to improve their own abilities
• Dependable, meticulous with details, priority focused, deadline oriented

Working for the Wyoming Business Council has introduced me to a variety of design projects ranging from business recruitment efforts to supporting communities in Main Street efforts. I worked for Interweave, a top craft publisher, designing a variety of how-to magazines both print and digital which gave me great exposure to beautiful content and creative people. There were opportunities to work on interactive iPad content that helped me gain understanding of the user experience. During my time with the City of Fort Collins I was successful in adapting to the needs of many different departments and formats demonstrating the ability to adjust to various demands. At SafeCard I improved my production skills following the clients specifications to maintain the integrity of their brands.
