PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Freelance Designer  [2007–present]
Provide clients with creative concepts and design direction on projects ranging from marketing collateral, digital design and point of sale. Specialize in collateral, books and catalog layout including photography, art direction, design and production. Develop point of sale concepts and create visual merchandising mood boards and conmprehensive design ideas. Manage all projects from concept to completion.

Fine Art Instructor (part-time)   Art For Kids   Seattle, Washington  [2010–2011]
Fine Art instructor to children of various ages, ranging from kindergarten through high school. Instruct children in fine art projects such as: acrylic painting, drawing, charcoal, watercolors, pastel, ink block printing, sculpture, bronze casting, and clay. Prepare projects and supplies for classes. Demonstrate methods and procedures to students. Observe student work to determine progress or to make suggestions for improvement.

Senior Designer   Dangel Advertising   Lake Forest, Illinois  [2008–2009]
Developed and designed advertising campaigns including print, digital, transit and outdoor signage for Crate&Barrel (US and International) stores, Crate&Bridal Registry program, and CB2 store brands.
