I’m originally from Boston where I studied Marketing at Northeastern University. I continued my studies in Florence, Italy studying Studio Art at the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute. I studied in his actual studio! I completed my graduate studies in Graphic Design at Portfolio Center in Atlanta. I have worked in Boston, Philadelphia, NYC, and Baltimore.

Professionally, I’ve been an Art Director for over 4 years and designing for global iconic beauty brands for over 15 years. I’ve received design awards from Graphic Design USA (American Packaging Design Award) and HBA Global (International Packaging Design Award Finalist).

In my current position, I am the Art Director of the Design Department at Harvey. Harvey is a shopper marketing agency. Some of our clients include Covergirl, McCormick, Black & Decker and Flying Dog. In my role, I help manage a team of 5 designers. I design instore graphics and promotional materials for Covergirl on various platforms from print to digital. Most recently, I helped extend the new Covergirl brand reinvention. My many years of experience have given me a strong understanding of branding and graphic storytelling.

In my spare time, I love to roam around modern art museums or seek new food experiences in D.C., Baltimore and NYC.

Responsible for extending the Covergirl brand vision through multiple touch points including in-store wall graphics, promotional displays, sales kits, brochures, style guides and banner ads.
• Concept, design and art direct new brand initiatives.
• Partner with Account, Traffic and Client Management teams to coordinate deliverables. 
• Art Direct design and production teams ensuring artwork exceeds expectations.

Additional brands I design for include: Max Factor, Pantene, Harvey, Olay and Glory Days Grill.

• Design and art direct packaging projects making sure designs consistently exceed high standard. 
• Maintain, translate and extend the brand equities of Revlon, Almay and Mitchum through strategic creative and a superior attention to detail. 
• Create innovative and strategic designs for the following projects types: point-of-purchase displays, packaging and in-store wall graphics.
• Work with project management to establish timelines and deliverables. 
• Collaborate with other design directors to set processes, expectations and standards. 
• Manage internal packaging design reviews with team and provide guidance. 
• Proof, review, direct and approve packaging mechanicals for accuracy and consistency ensuring brand integrity.

• Designed packaging, point-of-purchase displays, structures and wall graphics for Almay, Revlon and Mitchum.    
• As design lead for the Almay brand, elevated the visual appeal of Almay packaging through strong design and brand consistency. 
• Created and managed the Almay brand guidelines for packaging and POP displays.

• Created packaging, product graphics, in-store signage, promotional materials, marketing communications, user interface and web graphics for the cosmetic and consumer goods industries. 
• Clients / brands included: Abercrombie & Fitch, Avon, Blissworld, Clinique, Coty, Diane von Furstenberg, Estée Lauder, Givenchy Parfums, Hewlett-Packard, Maybelline, Microsoft, OXO and Victoria’s Secret Beauty.

• Collaborated with engineering, product development and marketing departments to create packaging design solutions for fragrance, cosmetics, body products and gift sets.
• Conceptualized and developed in-store promotional materials including signage, advertising, tester units, direct mail and sales tools.
