As the creative director my primary responsibility was to deliver consumer focused conceptual thinking and leadership for agency and client’s. My primary national account focus was Eli Lilly brands, Evista, and Cymbalta. Stand out achievements include a direct mail campaign for Evista that achieved an 11% response rate, which is 7% above industry norms. Conceptual work on Cymbalta was instrumental in the agency being awarded a $300,000.00 project, beating out agencies ten times their size.

As a member of the creative “wave” team I was responsible for the conceptual integrity of all the brands within the organization. Our group delivered conceptual thinking to each brand marketing team. We would also oversee the execution of these concepts to assure that the integrity of the idea was maintained. Strategically focused thinking rooted in consumer insight was the foundation of our success. Clients- Genentech (Raptiva), Lilly (Evista, Zyprexa, Symbyx, Strattera, Alimta, Cymbalta), Integrity Pharmaceuticals (Urimax), Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals (NovaNatal).

Part of a three-member new business team responsible for opening the Canadian based agencies first U.S. office to service the $3 million dollar Cincinnati Bell Wireless account.  Our mission was to establish a strong working relationship with the client as well as reaching out to the general business community in Cincinnati Ohio. One week after launching our first campaign Cincinnati Bell saw a 50% increase in wireless activations.
