Direct management of 30+ cross-functional Graphic Artists and Leads. Provided mentoring, creative direction, evaluation, and coaching in a fast paced production environment. Managed staff consisting of PRI employees, interns, work-study students and volunteers. Created and managed department budgets. Developed and designed a permanent hands-on Young Explorer’s exhibit. Integrated new permanent exhibits. Provided graphic design of all temporary and permanent exhibition panels, directional signage, and donor recognition signage. Managed external vendor relationships. Planned, designed, developed and installed multiple on-site and off-site temporary and permanent exhibits. Managed repairs and upgrades to permanent exhibits. Worked closely with members of the Museum’s national board of trustees to develop exhibits in their area of expertise. Designed multiple projects for offset, digital and in-house printing, including advertisements, annual reports, exhibition graphics, promotional materials, logos, signage, publication design and public flyers. Redesigned quarterly American Paleontologist magazine. Managed, designed, and edited quarterly American Paleontologist Magazine.

Museum Graphics Liaison, 2002-2003 

Collaborated with exhibit development staff at Jeff Kennedy and Associates to facilitate flawless installation of permanent exhibits. Manage architects, lighting designers, graphic designers and technical-systems designers during end stage content development and fabrication. Managed rights usage for images in the Museum. Managed repair and upgrades 
to permanent exhibits.
