Customer Care Program (CCP) Supervisor 7/19 - Present
Oversee support staff (2 people +/-) to ensure Lakeshore’s “White-Glove” Service is maintained during the entire CCP delivery. Interact with the customer to gather delivery information from the customer, i.e. where the truck should unloaded, preferred entrances/exits and where post-delivery debris should be staged. Supervise off-loading, inventory and staging of product. Verify all assembled items are built to Lakeshore standards. Complete a final walkthrough with the customer to confirm he/she is happy or address any issues. Troubleshoot any complications that might arise before, during and after the CCP delivery.

Axis Nightclub, Columbus, OH
Door Manager 7/19 - Present
Oversee door staff (10 people +/-), including training and any corrective/disciplinary action, at bustling dance club. Responsible for cash drawers, opening and closing balances, etc. Attend to all other tactical management duties and challenges as they emerge.

Creative Tsunami, Columbus, OH
Principal/Graphic Designer 6/02 - Present
Creative direction and/or execution for various businesses. Function as principal – encompassing account executive, creative director and copywriter responsibilities. Work with clients to create marketing materials, inclusive of print ads, trade show visuals, logos, brochures, packaging, presentations and motion graphics.

Production artist working on weekly circulars, including, but not limited to, copy placement; cropping, resizing and color correction of images; and resizing of ads for different newspapers across the country. Graphic Designer creating brand identity for organic dog treats. Selected typography, color palette, images, most suitable packaging materials and appropriate paper for printed materials. Branding encompassed logo, business cards, product packaging labels and sales leave behind.

Three Legged Mare– Columbus, OH
Graphic Designer creating brand identity for Irish Pub. Selected typography, color palette, images and appropriate paper for printed materials. Branding entailed designing logo, numerous menus (lunch, dinner, draughts, event and to go), window signage and logo usage guidelines.

Bath & Body Works – Reynoldsburg, OH, Contractor
Working on a wide range of projects in multiple departments. Graphic Designer in marketing department creating retail store signage as well as, but not limited to, direct mail pieces, trade show signage and store window décor. Production Artist in the design department charged with image & copy placement on gift packaging; also responsible for creation of two Keynote presentations: Winter Fashion Trends & Corporate Sales Booth, including image selection and editing, music section and editing; and title creation in After Effects. Graphic Designer creating trade show booths; collegiate logo sportswear and other memorabilia, insuring colors matched each school’s brand guidelines; as well as redesigning company brochures and other promotional material to engage

Graphic Designer on American Ceramics Magazine. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, layout of magazine’s classified ad section; used Photoshop to enhance magazine images; and created/edited advertisers’ ads.

Abbott/Inner Groove – Columbus, OH, Contractor
Production artist editing packaging for multiple Abbott consumer products, i.e Zone Perfect, Pediasure and Glucerna. Utilized InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to complete a wide range of work, including copy, logo & image placement and photo manipulation. Position required attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Contracted multiple times, each lasted three months or more.

DIRECTV, El Segundo, CA
Graphic Designer 1/97 – 6/02
Acted as a member of the creative development team. Responsible for design and copy solutions based on partners’ marketing strategy for the in-house Creative Services Department, focusing on display advertising and marketing collateral pieces.
• Designed, among other things, ads for DIRECTV, the Magazine; collateral pieces; 
ad slicks for distribution to franchises; billing statements and remittance envelopes; schedule sheets. Worked most closely with the sports marketing department.
• Collaborated and coordinated with other team members - copywriters, designers, production and account management - to fulfill partner needs.
• Asset manager for all company and channel logos; coordinated with vendors 
to insure that most current logos were being utilized
• Designed pieces in both Windows and Macintosh formats as required.

Corporate Events Coordinator 9/96 – 1/97
Assisted in the coordination of all DIRECTV in-house events as well as all off-site events. Secured event venues; collaborated with all departments to fulfill event needs; and coordinated hotel accommodations.
• Coordinated with internal and external teams and partners during event planning.
• Planned large-scale events working under strict deadlines.
• Adhered to event budgets to avoid project overruns.
• When possible, negotiated better rates and established rapports with vendors.
