Traditional, Digital and Social Media Buyer/Specialist

Pinnacle Communications, a 21-year old full-service marketing and advertising agency in Baltimore, is searching for a dynamite Traditional, Digital and Social Media Specialist to help us serve our growing list of clients.  The Pinnacle team provides advertising, marketing and public relations solutions to improve public health using style, vision and integrity.  We do what we love and we love what we do.

The media buyer position will plan and place traditional media such as radio, television and outdoor. This position will also focus on developing cross-channel digital media strategies and managing and optimizing media efforts on an ongoing basis across all digital channels including paid search, display, and paid social. This position will manage all media deadlines and traffic art to media.

This ideal candidate will also have the ability to create social media content that will actively engage multiple audiences via social and mobile media to increase visibility, interactivity, and brand awareness for clients. This position manages and executes day-to-day activity various social media channels – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. 

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Two years related experience required. Three plus years of successful experience in traditional media buyer and/or writing and editing in electronic media strongly preferred. 

Knowledge and Skill:
•	Provide research, planning, negotiation, buying and posting of traditional media for all agency clients. 
•	Manage digital media campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity through research and analysis, campaign strategy, search ad copy creation, bid management, CPA optimization, and landing page testing.
•	Demonstrated expertise in social media and mobile communications.
•	Comprehensive knowledge of social and mobile media, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a high level of skill in using social media for effective communication.
•	Ability to operate in the Internet, social media, and mobile media spaces to promote a brand and communicate with and address the needs of multiple audiences.
•	Ability to stay abreast of and effectively use new modes of communication as they evolve.
•	Ability to assess the effectiveness of social media activity, presence on mobile devices, and blogs—and to communicate the effectiveness/return on investment clearly and concisely.
•	Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize workflow, set priorities, thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment, consistently meet deadlines.
•	Provide benchmark and tracking reports to Account Managers, Clients, and Media Team on key performance indicators and provide insights on how these map to larger client goals
•	Google Adwords, IAB, Facebook, and other media certification a plus
•	Experience with online marketing metrics such as return-on-investment, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per
