Creative Project Manager

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Creative Project Manager in our Charlotte Office. 

The ideal candidate for this role is a focused, proactive and highly organized person who works well within a team and can effectively gather and manage a lot of information and assets while effectively communicating to many parties. The Creative Project Manager facilitates the progress of all jobs from business development, research/planning, design, production, through documentation. 

Responsibilities:
•	Coordinate, prioritize and track all projects.  Creates and maintains project briefs
•	Reviews weekly work schedule with art directors, and 3D artists.
•	Revises schedules and distributes a weekly list of project priorities and their current status. 
•	Expedites all “crisis jobs.” Majority of work should flow through creative/production on a reasonable, scheduled basis, as directed and supervised by the studio leaders.
•	Notifies account managers when necessary to contact clients for any materials, information, etc., required to complete scheduled projects.
•	Communicates regularly with accounting about the current status of all jobs in progress in creative/production.
•	Works with each team in selecting vendors for production, based on quality control, budget, timing, etc. 
•	Regulates time throughout project process to allow for internal reviews of all concepts with art director and studio leader.
•	Obtains quotes from art, photo & media suppliers, freelancers, other vendors as required.
•	Maintains licensing records on purchased digital assets for future reference.
•	Helps coordinate the project close out by compiling the relevant material and coordinating the photographic documentation.

Specific Skills / Requirements:
•	Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) and 3-4 years working experience in a creative field.
•	Strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
•	Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
•	Able to effectively handle competing/changing priorities
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•	This individual must have a desire to learn and proficient with Mac iOS, experienced in project management software and have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
