Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

We seeking a motivated, organized, and friendly individual to serve as the firm’s Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. The Assistant would ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office and provide support team 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage multiple phone lines and direct phone inquiries and messages to the appropriate staff members
Sort incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries for distribution
Prepare and send outgoing mail, faxes, and courier parcels
Manage internal shared Outlook calendars
Manage inventory of office supplies
Coordinate office meetings
