What we’re looking for…

OEC Group is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the company's Regional Marketing department. 

The Marketing Manager's main duties are to oversee the marketing team and to strategize OEC Group's regional marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, is analytical and can think outside of the box by bringing innovative ideas to the team.

About the Position

Develops and executes strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for services.
Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
Coordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Manages brand and corporate identity throughout promotional materials and events.
Creates and publishes all marketing materials in line with company marketing plans.
Recognizes strategic industry conferences or events for the organization to attend.
Directs and coordinates activities of Marketing personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Oversees social media by managing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed pages.
Performs research of competitors and their services.

Work Schedule

New York Office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree required (preferably in Marketing)
Three to five years of related marketing experience
One to three years of management experience
Knowledge of analyzing data and creating marketing campaigns
Knowledge of CRM (preferably Sugar or Salesforce)

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
