Marketing Coordinator

What we’re looking for…

OEC Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Regional Marketing department in the New York office. The ideal candidate is someone with around 1-3 years of relevant experience and possesses strong digital marketing skills across a range of platforms. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. 


About the Position

Coordinates the creation and production of marketing materials.
Maintains customer database and generates internal database information, such as lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
Compiles and produces Sales and Marketing reports through the CRM Sugar.
Tracks, collates, and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
Creates daily content for multiple social media platforms through Hootsuite.  
Builds social media creative imagery for daily content.
Finds and implements new social strategies, tool and tactics as they develop.
Develops and evaluates effective benchmarks to measure the impact of social media marketing campaigns.
Conducts market research analysis to identify search query trends, real-time search and news media activity, popular social media topics, market opportunities, or competitor performance.
Analyzes market or customer related data.
Optimizes and manages marketing campaigns.
Tracks post-click and post-impression performance to ensure traffic leads to results.
Makes recommendations to managers that will help maintain campaign objectives.
Scopes, designs, tests, implements and optimizes innovative marketing campaigns.

Work Schedule

New York Office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications is preferred.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience using Microsoft Excel in particular.
