Digital Content Producer

•  The Digital Content Producer role is a combination of media and marketing expertise focusing on video and audio projects that push the boundaries of how to visually articulate the brand.
• Deliverables include: onsite video shoots, new creative media, scripting, story outlines, creative problem solving, video development, podcasting and production. 
• The Digital Content Producer designs, scripts and produces video and multimedia projects – from inception and capture through pre and post production to final delivery - for various internal business stakeholders within the Association and the Educational Foundation. 
• Generate opportunities to create compelling content for all digital platforms, including storyboarding concepts, recording and editing, managing pre, onsite and post production oversight and responsibilities, from inception to final output delivery. 
• Manages and tracks requests via Project Management software (Wrike), including schedule and deadlines.
• Keeps project on track and alert the Creative & Brand Director on deadline, budget or any other issues
• Present ideas to internal stake holders for approval
•Works in collaboration with Marketing to provide files for web site or social media channels. 
• Contribute in the development of digital media marketing strategies including search, social media, email, podcast, paid media and additional emerging opportunities based on strong knowledge of social media and content trends, and emerging technologies and platforms.
• Coordinate with National Restaurant Association marketing team to drive digital audience to video content and with the support of the web and marketing teams, monitor the viewership of videos and survey audiences.
• Be on the frontier of visual arts with an understanding of the broader media landscape, video techniques and trends, video content, and interactive media development to inform development of new media products and help strategically solve problems. 
• Research other brands for best in class corporate video practices and adopt strategies where appropriate.
• Create and maintain a video content calendar based on seasonal member interests and engagement feedback.
• Ensure high ROI on video capture by re-purposing (multiplication and division) for marketing in other arenas.  Examples include transcribing video for use as blog posts, audio from video for podcasting, quotes from video as source material for graphics based media, short content for appropriate platforms, content for live events, B-roll content management for later use. 
• Produces and directs photography and/or videography at events as requested (including Executive Office requests), as well as travel for shoots as needed. 
• Organizes, logs and oversees video and multimedia technical equipment and maintenance, including onsite studio space.
