Corporate Marketing Manager
Babson College
The Manager, Corporate Marketing focuses on generating awareness for Babson's corporate offerings with a focus on Executive Education programs, and effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion strategies. This position serves as the lead contact for Babson Executive Education, collaborating with the CEO, her leadership team, and the Corporate Engagement team. The Corporate Marketing Manager creates, manages, and executes a holistic, integrated marketing strategy for custom and open enrollment non-degreed programs that will help the Executive Education meet or exceed revenue goals and ensure that marketing activities are aligned with institutional brand and strategy.
•	Develop, maintain, and share the integrated marketing plan and communications strategy for Babson Executive Education and Corporate Engagement. Partner with the Vice President of Innovation and BEE's Chief Executive Officer, Business Development Leads, and Director of Administration to help meet or exceed revenue goals.
•	Executes the marketing plan and communications strategy for Babson Executive Education (BEE) including but not limited to printed materials, email communications, contented marketing, digital presence, and sponsorship support. Utilizes Agile and Scrum theory and practices to ensure efficient and productive enrollment marketing.
•	Partners with BEE Director of Administration and Associate Director, Digital and Brand Marketing to manage the relationship with digital and direct marketing partners for BEE to ensure communications are on message and on brand. Reviews results and performance of partner.
•	Works with the Sr. Director, Enrollment Marketing Strategy and CEO of BEE to review data and performance of efforts on a regular basis to optimize marketing and communications strategies.

Education Requirements:
Minimum Level of Education Required Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or communications
Additional Required Skills and Abilities:
•	At least 6-8 years of previous experience.
•	Prior B2B marketing experience a must.
•	Excellent organization and project management skills.
•	Strong communication skills, particularly in presentation development, copy, and advertising writing.
•	Strong creative and design skills.
•	Ability to work effectively on a high-performing team.
•	Ability to handle multiple projects with frequent deadlines in a fast-paced agile marketing management environment.
•	Works independently to solve problems; looks for opportunities to take on responsibility.
Working Conditions:
•	Occasional nights and weekends required.
•	Experience with Agile marketing preferred.
