The Marketing team over the last 3 years has built brand awareness, thus strengthening the firm’s position in the Global marketplace. The goal now is to enhance the digital marketing capability while engaging clients with customized content forging growth and brand awareness.

The Marketing Director will oversee the Content and Digital teams and report to the Head of Marketing.
The Director will manage the marketing content creation and expansion of the digital marketing strategy. Previous marketing leadership and knowledge of the investment industry will be ideal.
      Develop strategic framework for the firm’s enhanced digital and content marketing strategy
·       Generate high-quality content
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and strategic messaging throughout the client journey
Consistently leverage data, analytics, insights, and metrics to guide content strategy and execute compelling, value-add marketing programs through the marketing funnel
Integrate digital resources to enhance marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media marketing, visual (video) marketing, SEO and SMO
Provide expertise on digital marketing best practices, testing and optimization; drive results in planning and managing end-to-end campaigns
Be current with digital innovation and trends recommending process improvements to enhance competence
15+ years marketing experience and digital marketing expertise. Experience in financial services and/or investment management preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant area
Mastery of digital marketing best practices
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment
Outstanding research, written and verbal communication acumen
Keen analytical eye with the ability to identify trends in data and turn them into meaningful insights – convert to impactful storytelling.
Experience with client mapping and journeys  
Strategic, creative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to collaborate and prioritize projects as needed
Strong analytics and business acumen leveraging results to make recommendations for future actions
Video development experience a plus
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
