Senior Lead, Marketing + Brand Development
The Senior Lead, Marketing + Brand Development at Ideas Collide works across the internal business development team at the agency to grow and build the Ideas Collide brand and multi-faceted business opportunities. Through collaboration and drive, they will lead and develop
brands, campaigns, marketing plans, proposals, content, and communication strategies.  
Core Responsibilities
Lead, develop and plan marketing for the Ideas Collide brand and business development assigned clients and partner closely on program development for the agency and clients with the Vice President of Marketing, Brand Creative Director, and the Director Business Development, Account Activation
• Lead and develop creative branding, campaigns and manage the marketing mix across paid, owned, earned channels
• Define and set development of content, ideas, and campaigns to support marketing events and brand programs
• Launch and support the marketing rollout of new and emerging products/services with the Brand Creative Director and Vice President of Marketing
• Nurture new business development relationships and build presentations, concepts, brand designs, and proposals with new account prospects
• Lead plans and oversee actions/tactics on ancillary business development opportunities
• Build and strategize public relations campaigns and programs with the Business Development team and Account Activation
• Create programs and products that align with agency goals and emerging accounts closely with the Business Development team
• Collaborate with team to meet key goals for new accounts and revenue streams
• Contribute creative and strategic thinking on key accounts and new opportunities 
• Identify and build strategic opportunities with existing client groups in collaboration with the agency account leadership
• Assist in the creation and development of marketing insights and trends presentations

• Minimum of 6-8 years of marketing/business/agency experience
• Degree preferred with emphasis in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
• Strong writing and presentation skills, including analytical insights and providing solutions from data points
• Knowledge of advertising agency business cycles and general proven capabilities in managing a budget, marketing plan with P&L management oversight (client-side and/or vendor-side)
• Problem-solver, with ability to move quickly between tactics, tasks – from brainstorming to imple
