Marketing Project Coordinator
Central Penn College
Central Penn College is in search of an experienced marketing professional with CRM and communications experience.

This position is responsible for maintaining the CRM messaging system and analyzing student inquiry data. The position assists users of the CRM with reporting and miscellaneous needs, and coordinates marketing print and email projects. This position will have significant influence and impact on student recruitment efforts.

Additionally, the marketing project coordinator serves as the point of contact for enrollment and vendor support, develops workflows to improve the enrollment process for student inquiries, applications, and communications. This position supports marketing and brand awareness by reviewing enrollment publications, designing and developing email campaigns, and analyzing their results.

Qualifications:

*This position requires business knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, including electronic communications for organizations engaged in delivery of intangible services.
*Specific background/training in web-related programs and software, including Microsoft Excel, HTML, Photoshop, Acrobat, DreamWeaver, and CRM management system very helpful. Experience with Talisma, MailChimp, Bloomerang, or CampusNexus CRM a plus.  
*Knowledge and experience working with various social networking venues.
*Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of college staff, prospective students, and external vendors.
*Analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Demonstrated organizational and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
*In-depth knowledge of graphics and design concepts.
*Knowledge of the prospective student market, student interests, and competing higher education alternatives.
