Student Experiences & Engagement (SEE) is searching for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to amplify the power of experiential learning and engagement as a critical component of the university experience at Oregon State University.

The Marketing & Communications Specialist will:
•	Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
•	Write great, branded copy for SEE departments. 
•	Manage the website and social media.
•	Analyze data to determine marketing and campaign efficiency.
•	Integrate equity, diversity, and inclusive practices into marketing and communication strategies.
•	Supervise and manage support student staff.
•	Train and educate staff and student employees on marketing best practices.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, in-person, professional faculty position. The salary range is $53,000 - $75,000.

SEE programs and services include community building, social justice, student media, creative expression, service-learning, clubs and organizations, and social, educational, and culturally relevant programs.
