Integrated Marketing Manager

The Michigan Municipal League (the League) is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to help move our strategic communications (StratComm) efforts forward. The approximate starting salary range for this position is $73,000 - $78,000 depending on qualifications. The selected candidate understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. They will be responsible for marketing and communications campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, and event planning and trade shows. They will lead a team of event planners, a digital specialist, a department coordinator, and vendors to ensure the League's campaigns are successful. If you were working for us, here are just some of the things you would do:

Manage intake and workflow systems to communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to internal teams.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and staff in event planning and digital strategy.
Create marketing plans that define objectives, relevant strategies and tactics.
Provide leadership and strategic direction on social media and html email initiatives.
Work with key League stakeholders, brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies to enhance member communication experience.
Drive creative marketing communications direction based on overarching brand strategy and insight.
Develop outbound advertising and direct marketing campaigns from initial brief through delivery across multiple channels including advertising, email, direct mail, social media, paid search, and others.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors who support marketing and communications efforts.
Ensure that agreed marketing metrics and KPIs are measured, monitored, and reported using insight from the data to improve performance over time.
Assist department director with internal operations and management including budgets, contract administration, staff coordination, integral policies and procedures and related activities.
Oversee the League's Business Alliance Program, including sales, vendor engagement, and related administrative functions.
