Social Capital is seeking a graphic/digital designer with experience in both print and electronic formats for development of a wide range of fundraising and marketing products and tools for our national and global nonprofit partners and their cause initiatives. The Designer will be responsible for executing creative and producing polished, final visual pieces for a range of donor audiences (corporate, foundation, individual/consumer). The Designer will have a background in graphic design, a solid understanding of typography and color usage, experience, and ability to work independently to build clean, effective, and visual pieces for print and electronic mediums. These include high-end PowerPoint presentations, annual reports, sales-sheets, brochures, web/social graphics and proposals in support of fundraising and marketing campaigns and initiatives for nonprofits. This position will report to the Chief Creative Officer and work closely with Social Capital Strategists on client deliverables. Ideal candidate has experience in creative design work in print and digital platforms. Advanced in PowerPoint design, Adobe CS products — InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Flash and Keynote helpful. Ability to work with all Microsoft products. Video experience is a plus. Experience or related experience working with nonprofits is not required but would be a plus. Flexible, responsive, and able to balance a variety of projects while meeting deadlines.
