Digital Marketing Manager
What You’ll Do:

You’ll help us build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and create and execute key promotions that drive brand awareness and sales.

Digital Advertising – You’ll cater our content to specific customer audiences by:

Working with external digital agencies to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in campaigns across multiple channels including email, SMS, social media, search platforms, and marketplaces.
Managing paid social media advertising campaigns to facilitate corporate needs such as advertising new and existing products, contests, Mishimoto career opportunities and special programs.
Managing paid marketplace advertising campaigns for new and existing products.
Managing our global email and SMS marketing efforts, including list building, creating, and maintaining automated workflows as well as individual campaigns.
Implementing and monitoring Google display and video campaigns globally.
Creating and maintaining audience segments, strategizing, and implementing A/B testing based on purchase history, geographic location, and other customer attributes and behaviors to drive performance.
Performing daily account management and monitoring KPIs of all advertising accounts and platforms.
Analyzing data flow between advertising channels to develop and implement solutions that coordinate and optimize campaigns based on the customer journey.
Providing recommendations for campaign structure, strategy, and targeting in accordance with company goals and marketing budgets.
The proof is in the numbers. You will create weekly and monthly campaign reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, and other initiatives to present to stakeholders showcasing progress against goals.
Marketing Support – You’ll be team player and help the marketing team succeed by:

Being an all-around good guy or gal and giving the marketing team additional support as needed.
Your Creds:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline.
3+ years of professional experience in digital advertising, including Google/Bing, social media, and marketplaces.
3+ years of professional experience in email and SMS marketing.
Expert in Google analytics
Well versed in E-commerce advertising
Well-polished written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Computer literate with a basic understanding of web technologies (FTP, browsers).
Microsoft Office. You can organize and navigate data in Excel like a champ, and you communicate seamlessly in Outlook.
