Project Manager - Creative Services

This role will report directly to a Creative Services Manager within Mobile Experience marketing team. The Project Manager needs to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, identify risks and come up with practical solutions. This job requires strong project management skills and understanding of advertising agency creative process. Work must be done quickly and correctly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from internal and external partners. Successful candidates will have a keen interest in advertising media, agency creative production, and demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills.

This is a hybrid role, working part of the week in the Plano, TX. office/part of the week remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•	Organize and understand project requirements that may at times be ambiguous. Work with cross-functional teams to define, estimate and document the overall scope of assigned projects.
•	Be a champion for high quality, creative work by assisting designers to procure needed assets or information and ensuring proper review and proofing has been completed.
•	Liaise between creative director and designers to ensure clear direction.
•	Facilitate meetings with collaborators and circulate actionable notes. Addresses issues related to variances in timeline, scope, schedule, budget and quality.
•	Manage external vendor billing, as well as budget creation and reconciliation when needed.
•	Create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and other agency partners.
•	Monitor progress against plan, address problems, provide solutions, and implement changes as necessary.
•	Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
•	Participate in meetings and development of requirements and specifications.
•	Collaborate with internal functions and ensure that all projects follow compliance requirements.
•	Be a champion for high quality, creative work

Background/Experience Required:

•	Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field such as advertising agency
•	A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing and advertising, or communications
•	Can manage and track multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including prioritizing, delegating, budgeting, and implementing processes
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization, and time management
•	Detail oriented and analytical; can evaluate, synthesize, and clearly present complex information
•	A collaborative, team-oriented individual who can work with professionals of any level
•	Experience with project management tools is a plus
