As the Art Director, you will bring your expertise in creating concepts, and developing and executing direct-response campaigns for the amazing nonprofits that we support. This role can be remote. Your Impact: • Create concepts that generate a desired goal: donations, awareness, engagement, and reactivation. • Collaborate with creative directors and other agency partners to conceptualize and develop and execute fully integrated direct-response campaigns, with a strong print focus (direct mail, email, newsletters, digital display, social). • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members. • Manage client style guide and standards. • Mentor and support junior designers. Your Profile: • 5-8 years’ in-house or agency experience as a Designer/Art Director. • At least 3 years' experience mentoring junior team members. • Bachelor’s degree. • Creative vision with direct response print experience and a conceptual innovator who develops campaign design across channels. • Proven presentation skills and experience with creating decks and presenting to sell our creative strategy. • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative suite. A portfolio including print samples is required to be considered.
