ArtPlay is hiring an Arts Integration Specialist (PreK–12) 

We’re building an arts-integrated learning model for Alabama through effective systems, strong relationships, and thoughtful leadership—and we’re looking for someone who is excited by that responsibility.

Let’s be clear so we attract the right person:
- This role is NOT an escape from the classroom.
- It does require a strong understanding of what teachers and students need—but it is primarily an administrative, coordination, and program-management role, not a daily teaching position.
- The Arts Integration Specialist at ArtPlay is responsible for the infrastructure that makes arts-integrated learning possible. That means spending much of your time planning, organizing, tracking, scheduling, ordering, documenting, and coordinating—often behind the scenes.
- This is a 12-month, salaried position.

?? Prefer improvisation over planning and structure

?? Are looking for a low-logistics, low-coordination role

There may be moments of modeling, supporting, or engaging directly with learning—but the core of this position is ensuring programs are well-planned, well-resourced, well-scheduled, and well-run.
