Loopdash is a small, independent digital design studio building websites and brand identities for mission-driven clients.

We're looking for a Digital Designer on a contract basis — someone who can own design work end to end, from early concepting through polished, build-ready deliverables. You'll work directly with art directors, lead developers, and clients across web design and brand projects.

Role Details:
- Contract / freelance (1099)
- Remote, East Coast hours overlap
- Project-based, up to 20-30 hours/week
- Start date: July 1, rolling

What You'll Do:
- Take design work from concept to final, build-ready files (wireframes, visual comps, design systems, graphics)
- Own day-to-day execution with limited oversight
- Build and maintain clean Figma files and component libraries
- Translate briefs and feedback into thoughtful design decisions
- Collaborate directly with developers, designers, and clients

What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of digital/web design experience; nonprofit/advocacy a plus
- Highly self-directed with strong project management instincts
- Strong Figma proficiency including prototyping and component libraries
- Design with development in mind — responsive behavior, front-end constraints
- Comfortable with WordPress
- A portfolio showing range, craft, and attention to detail
