Write and edit blogs and monthly newsletter, manage Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter accounts, help with special projects/other marketing efforts including work around partnerships with Mayo Clinic and Cheerios, and help with outreach and media relations efforts.

• Served as marketing manager for Transplant Department and for the Landsman Heart and Vascular Center at Lahey. Coordinated all marketing efforts including patient marketing, referring physician marketing and joint marketing with other hospitals such as Beverly and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Oversaw all communications for annual women's heart event and developed and wrote quarterly women's heart e-newsletter using Constant Contact.

Promoted "Get the GIST" campaignvia a viral marketing campaign with stickers throughout the hospital that promoted one letter at a time to generate curiosity, with the question, Get the GIST? At end of campaign wrote article for employee newsletter revealing the GIST, which stands for Growth, Innovation, Sustainability and Teamwork.
• Worked with Human Resources Department and physicians at Lahey to roll out Tobacco Free campaign in 2008. Wrote all materials for both the employee and patient/visitor audience, including table top tents, brochures, a comprehensive Manager's Kit, posters and electronic communications.
. Write and copyedit for publications including employee newsletter, patient newsletter and magazine.
. Worked closely with various clinical areas to write/revise department Web sites. Participated in web migration for new Lahey.org Web site - launched September, 2010.
