Eshaan is a graphic designer with business and management background. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Symbiosis Center for Management Studies in Pune, specializing in marketing and human resource management. While serving on the student council for the college festival, he also explored graphic design. He previously worked as a UI Designer for Flying Saints and as a BAS Govt. Advisory Intern for BDO India. In addition, he has completed numerous bootcamps and certifications in UI/UX, HTML, and business, among others. 

He has recently completed his master's degree in Visual Communication Design at Rochester Institute of Technology while also winning awards from different competitions like Creative Quarterly, Print Awards, Graphics New Talent and got shortlisted in Communications Arts. Eshaan has also worked in the Vignelli Center for Design Studies during his time in RIT as a Graduate Assistant under Professor Josh Owen.

Eshaan Sojatia is a visual designer with a background in business.He currently serves as a Graduate Design Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) Graduate School. In this capacity, he leads collaborative efforts to create visually compelling digital and print materials. The work has optimized layout and design processes, resulting in impactful marketing collateral that boosted brand engagement by 30%. Eshaan also manages RIT Graduate School’s social media platforms, where he has expanded the school’s reach by 80%.

Additionally, Graduate Assistant at the Vignelli Center for Design Studies, where he works closely with Professor Josh Owen on website development, research, design, and archiving. Eshaan's role involves enhancing the resources and initiatives of the Vignelli Center through meticulous planning and creative design.

In his previous role as a UI Designer at Flying Saints, Eshaan designed web and mobile pages for clients in various sectors, including e-commerce, personal branding, and education. His expertise in design and coding enabled him to develop interactive and responsive digital solutions that increased client reach by 73%. Eshaan’s client-centric approach, honed through successful meetings and strategy sessions, ensured that the designs he delivered were tailored to meet client needs and objectives, resulting in positive feedback.

Eshaan's experience also includes a position as a BAS Govt. Advisory Intern at BDO India, where he conducted extensive research on Sri Lanka’s health infrastructure during the Covid pandemic. His focus on public accessibility and foreign investment in the health sector led to comprehensive reports that provided valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Eshaan also contributed to reports on smart cities in India, including investment analysis, SWOT analysis, and readiness assessment.

Eshaan holds an MFA in Visual Communication Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a PGD in Computer Applications from Christian Eminent College, India, and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Human Resource from Symbiosis Center for Management Studies, India. His academic achievements are complemented by a series of awards, including winning the Creative Quarterly 75, a Silver Award in the Graphis - New Talent Awards 2024 and 2023, and several other recognitions from prestigious design competitions.

His work has been published in academic journals, with one notable publication being a study on consumer perception and buying intention of electric vehicles in India, featured in IJRAR Vol. 7 Issue 4 Nov. 2020.

Eshaan is proficient in a range of software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and Cinema 4D. His design skills encompass wireframes, rapid prototyping, visual design, typography, branding, design systems, identity design, print design, editorial design, and packaging. Additionally, he has strong research skills, including user interviews, personas, user flows, task flows, usability testing, user journey maps, information architecture, empathy maps, and card sorting. Eshaan is also knowledgeable in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, SQL, and Java. His comprehensive skill set and diverse experience make him a valuable asset in the field of visual communication design.
